This means Good Samaritan Hospital has achieved the highest levels of competence for the treatment of a cerebrovascular event, including both ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. The hospital is also designated by the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services Agency as one of only a few centers in the County for comprehensive stroke care.
